Itinerary
Day 1-2: Lavrio to Kea
Meet your co-travellers and skipper at 15:15 at Lavrio port. Step aboard your private yacht as we navigate toward the captivating island of Kea. Spend some time wandering through its quaint village before wrapping up the day with a warm, authentic meal at a traditional taverna—a true taste of famous Greek hospitality.
The next morning, a transfer will take you to Ioulida, where you will savor a local breakfast and visit the island’s legendary, ancient Lion of Kea. From there, your skipper will serve as your guide on a scenic trek down to Otzias. After stopping for a delightful lunch, we will hoist the sails and head south in Koundouros Bay. Your first day concludes perfectly with an invigorating swim, stand-up paddleboarding, and an unforgettable dinner beneath a starlit sky.
Day 3: Kea to Kythnos
For those seeking a refreshing start, a morning run (if you wish) along Kea’s serene coastline is an invigorating way to prepare for the day ahead.
Afterward, set sail once again, stopping to swim in the ancient bay near Tetrapolis, where history and natural beauty intertwine. As you sail toward Kythnos, your skipper will teach you the basics of sailing, making this leg both educational and exciting. End the day soaking in Kythnos’ famous warm springs before enjoying a seafront dinner, easing into the relaxed rhythm of island life.
Day 4: Kythnos to Syros
Begin your day with peaceful morning stretches by the water. If you are looking for an added cardio boost, you can take an independent jog along the picturesque shoreline heading toward Agia Irini Bay.
Afterward, we set our course for the island of Syros, giving you the perfect opportunity to practice and polish your sailing techniques en route. The afternoon is reserved for dropping anchor in a secluded cove, where you can snorkel, glide on a paddleboard, or simply unwind. As night falls, select your ideal dining experience: authentic, home-cooked hospitality with a local family, or a charming waterfront taverna situated in Finikas.
Day 5: Syros to Serifos
Start your morning soaking in the ocean views over a delicious breakfast at Baobap, before heading out to experience Ermoupoli. You can wander freely through the vibrant capital of the Cyclades, eventually making your way up the hill to historic Ano Syros—a picturesque labyrinth of narrow pathways and traditional whitewashed homes.
Following lunch in town, we will head back to the marina in Finikas to begin our crossing to Serifos. If you are feeling adventurous, you are more than welcome to step up to the helm and try steering the boat! As evening approaches, we will drop anchor in the sheltered waters of Livadi Bay, wrapping up a perfect day with dinner on the island and stargazing with a glass of wine.
Day 6: Serifos to Kythnos
Active travelers can embark on an independent trek up to the Chora of Serifos, rewarding themselves with sweeping panoramas of the Aegean Sea. Upon returning, you will have plenty of time to lounge on the soft sands of Livadi beach or grab a paddleboard for some fun on the water.
Following a lunch aboard the yacht, we hoist the sails once more, plotting our course for Kythnos. We will spend the night anchored in the renowned Apokrousi Bay, offering the perfect setting for a twilight swim, a breathtaking sunset, and a deeply peaceful evening lulled by the sea.
Day 7: Kythnos to Lavrio
Greet the morning with an invigorating dip, or grab a paddleboard to explore the tranquil waters of Apokrousi. Later, step back in time on a guided walking tour to the archaeological remains of Vryokastro, offering an incredible look into the ancient history of Kythnos.
Once you have savored a delicious meal at a welcoming waterfront taverna, we will cast off for our final voyage of the week, heading back to Lavrio. This peaceful sunset cruise provides the perfect atmosphere to sit back and reflect on your week’s unforgettable island-hopping adventures.
Day 8: Lavrio

Food and accommodation
Food in Greece is big part of properly experiencing the destination. It is ok if you build up high expectations awaiting your trip.
The traditional local Greek cuisine is based on fresh local vegetables, fruits, salads, beans, rise, meat of different kinds etc and normally no processed food.
What do we eat during the trip?
Usually the groups choose to do provisioning from the local market with fresh fruits, salads, snacks for self-preparing breakfast and light lunches on board.
Dinners take place later in the evening in chosen quality places on land which helps our passengers taste a variety of Greek food.
This is highly recommended and tested routine which will help you to make the most out of the destination.
Yes if you are vegan or gluten intolerant there are plenty of options for you. Yes if you wish to buy your own stuff on board to follow your strict diet or budget this is possible and you are permitted to exclude yourself from the group food kitty.
Usual spendings are approx 30-50€/person for the whole trip’s provisioning and usual dinner cost 25€/person for each dinner.
Final figure depends on the group’s appetite and spending style. Food allowance for the skipper is 40€/day (in total from the whole group), alternatively he shares meals with group.
What about accomodation on board?
Accommodation on a 50-55ft sailing yacht offers a blend of comfort and practicality. These yachts feature well-designed interiors with private cabins, en-suite bathrooms, and fully equipped galleys, ensuring a luxurious experience at sea. Large windows and hatches provide natural light and panoramic views, while clever use of space offers storage and cozy living areas.
However, it is important to note that living on board cannot be compared to the level of comfort and space we enjoy at home, as yachts are designed for functionality and sailing capabilities.
Physical rating & Risks
Naturally the physical rating of sailing trips varies depending on the itinerary and activities involved. The specific trip require moderate physical ability, such as moving around the yacht or handling steps. While no prior experience is typically needed, a basic level of fitness and mobility ensures you can fully enjoy the adventure.
Other multi-active sailing experiences may involve apart from swimming also , Stand Up Paddling and hiking, which can add to the activity level.
Snorkeling is a fun yet high-risk activity that is not recommended for shared departures with participants of differing physical capabilities. Managing diverse safety needs in open water can compromise the group’s overall security and supervision; therefore, participation is permitted strictly at your own risk.
Weather
The sailing season features mostly sunny days, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 30°C (68°F to 86°F). Winds are typically steady and predictable but vary by location, offering great conditions for sailing enthusiasts of all levels. The season starts mid-March and finishes at the end of November. Peak of the season is mid-July to end of Aug.
From mid June to start of Sep we have north prevailing winds which can be strong for a few days (eg 2-3 days) in a row. These winds are locally known as ‘meltemi’ and are very predictable. We always adjust the itinerary of the trip to maximize the fun and comfort factor for everyone onboard.
